Our mission to give education opportunity to under-served we are partnering with Project GROW in Kakuma. Refugee Camp in Kenya to offer technical skills to youth in the camp. Approved by UNHCR the GROW Project.
Our mission too take this little rural Kenyan school and create a vertical repeatable eco system around these 400 students and 150 families with a full stomach so they can learn better an education for dreaming, more profitable farming techniques - LDF currently charters a young farmer which we hope to transform into a productive multi-crop farm that then teaches the community that provides foo for the school and an abundance for the families. LDF also has a scholarship program for higher education ( currently a nurse and geologist) and a reading program that brings books to the school that fuels dreams and the realization of opportunities undiscovered to date by the surrounding community.
